VINIFICATION: Low temperature traditional vinification Short maceration. Strict temperature control. De-stemming in the vineyard immediately after harvest.
TASTING NOTES: A beautiful ruby colour with vibrant hues. Soft, fruity aromas on the nose. Excellent balance with roundness on the mouth, giving the wine superb elegance. FOOD PAIRINGS: ‘Sur la Terrasse’, on the terrace as an apéritif with tapas, as well as to accompany BBQs and salads.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16°C.
AGEING POTENTIAL: Best drunk young.
